New York tax partner David Levy, New York executive compensation and benefits partner Erica Schohn, and Boston tax partner Moshe Spinowitz spoke at Tax Executives Institute’s 2017 Mergers and Acquisitions Seminar on November 6-7 in Boston. The seminar, themed “The Lifecycle of a Transaction,” is designed to enable in-house tax professionals to better understand the modern-day M&A transaction. Mr. Levy participated in a panel discussion titled “Unique Entities — RICs, REITS, MLPs, S Corps, etc.”; Mr. Spinowitz joined a panel on post-merger integration; and Ms. Schohn spoke on a panel addressing employee benefits and compensation.
