On April 16, Skadden’s Consumer Financial Services Group held its 26th Annual Fair Lending Conference in Washington, D.C. Skadden attorneys addressed key issues and developments in fair lending compliance and enforcement, including events of the last year, pricing/underwriting, compliance management systems, redlining, UDAAP (unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices) and its connection to fair lending, and developing risk issues in big data and digital marketing.
