Bruce Macaulay Anke C. Sessler Ingrid Vandenborre

On June 5, Skadden hosted a webinar titled “Collective Actions in Europe,” which explored the evolving status of collective redress in Europe, including the European Union approach as recently updated by the New Deal for Consumers, a European Commission legislative agenda. In addition to discussing collective actions, including group, representative and class actions, and their impact on the European litigation landscape, the speakers addressed the general framework for collective redress in England and Wales, the Netherlands and Germany. Panelists included international litigation and arbitration partners Bruce Macaulay and Anke Sessler and counsel Jonathon Egerton-Peters, as well as antitrust/competition partner Ingrid Vandenborre.
