Global executive compensation and benefits head Regina Olshan, partner Erica Schohn and SEC reporting and compliance partner Raquel Fox participated in Hot Issues in Executive Compensation 2021, a PLI program held on October 14 in New York. Ms. Olshan served as co-chair of the event, provided opening remarks and participated on a panel titled “Tax Developments,” which discussed tax developments under the new administration, executive compensation and planning for higher rates and further IRC §162(m) expansion, among other topics. Ms. Schohn and Ms. Fox participated in a panel discussion titled “SEC and Disclosure Developments” that focused on anticipated SEC regulatory initiatives, human capital and ESG-related disclosure trends, 2022 proxy season preparations and how to avoid and respond to negative ISS/Glass Lewis recommendations.
