On July 28, intellectual property and technology co-head Stuart Levi spoke at PLI's Blockchain 2.0: 2022 Legal & Regulatory Developments program during a session titled "Regulation of Blockchain and Digital Assets: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.” The speakers reviewed the latest developments in the regulatory landscape related to tokens, DeFi and NFTs; regulations, enforcement actions and private litigation involving token sellers, exchanges, advisers, broker-dealers and investments; and state and federal legislative initiatives in connection with digital assets and blockchain technology usage.
