USC Gould School of Law 2023 Tax Institute

On January 23-25, executive compensation and benefits head Erica Schohn and private clients/trusts and estates co-head Amy Heller participated in the 2023 Tax Institute, hosted by the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in Los Angeles. Erica spoke on the “Common Thorny Compensation Tax Issues in M&A and Other Deals” panel. Ms. Heller participated in the “Grantor Trusts and Today’s Planning Landscape” discussion. Global regulatory practices head David Rievman served on the event’s planning committee.
