On April 6, New York tax partner Trevor Allen participated in the panel “Sale, Exchange or Other Disposition of Partnership Interests; Partnership Distributions; Partnership Terminations” as part of PLI’s Tax Planning for Domestic & Foreign Partnerships, LLCs, Joint Ventures and Other Strategic Alliances 2025 program.
