On June 5, Skadden hosted the webinar “Trump Tariffs: Impact on Contracts,” which explored how tariffs affect commercial contracts, offered strategies for mitigating impacts and provided forward-looking guidance on how to structure contractual clauses to anticipate potential effects of tariffs.
