2025 TEI Silicon Valley Federal Tax School

On October 23-24, partners Emily Lam and Christopher Murphy, counsel Su Da and of counsel Elizabeth Askey appeared during sessions at TEI’s 2025 Silicon Valley Federal Tax School. On October 23, Ms. Lam participated in the panel “Kovel/Privilege,” which addressed privilege issues in tax practice, while Ms. Da spoke on the panel “International Tax, including Value Chain, TP and Tariffs,” which covered current developments in international tax, transfer pricing and tariffs. On October 24, Ms. Askey and Mr. Murphy held a fireside chat to discuss Ms. Askey’s experience at the IRS, and Ms. Lam spoke on the panel “Latest Developments at the IRS,” which focused on recent IRS initiatives and guidance.
