On April 11, New York antitrust/competition partner Matthew Martino participated in the “Sports Antitrust” panel as part of the 9th annual Tulane University Entertainment and Sports Law Conference. Mr. Martino explored “the nuts and bolts of how sports are governed” by antitrust laws, as well as the biggest antitrust disputes in the sports industry.
