Palo Alto tax counsel Su Da and Washington, D.C. tax associate Eman Cuyler delivered the presentation “Development of International Tax Law & Policy” at the Tax Executives Institute’s 2026 U.S. International Tax Course in Seattle. The week-long program is designed for in-house tax professionals and focuses on “the central concepts of the U.S. taxation of multinational enterprises.” Ms. Da and Ms. Cuyler reviewed the historical context of today’s major international tax issues and explored how these issues fit into the larger story of U.S. international tax policy.
