2018 DIS Arbitration Rules – One Year On

Partner Anke Sessler and counsel Max Stein review the German Arbitration Institute's new arbitration rules, which became effective in March 2018. The new rules, they conclude, "are a good choice in almost every potential setting," offering competitive fees and providing "a modern and efficient arbitration framework."
