• Walkers Global on the carve-out and strategic investment, alongside Vitruvian Partners LLP, into its Walkers Professional Services (WPS) business
• Corient on the acquisitions of Stonehage Fleming and Stanhope Capital Group to create a $430 billion independent ultra-high-net-worth wealth manager
• FTV Capital in connection with its growth equity investment in N2F
• Hg in connection with:
  • the increased investment by Hg Saturn 3 Fund and Hg Saturn 4 Fund in IFS, alongside ADIA, CPPIB, EQT, TA Associates and other minority shareholders, valuing the business at €15 billion
  • a significant investment by Goldman Sachs Alternatives in Trackunit
  • its investment, alongside Bowmark Capital, in Pirum Systems
  • its acquisition of TrustQuay from Silverfleet Capital
