• Catalent, Inc. on its acquisition by Novo Holdings A/S at an enterprise value of $16.5 billion
• Jabil Inc. on its $725 million acquisition of Hanley Energy Group
• Juniper Networks, Inc. on its $14 billion acquisition by Hewlett Packard Enterprise
• Mubadala Investment Company PJSC, along with Bain Capital and Kohlberg & Company, L.L.C., on their strategic investment in PCI Pharma Services
