Natasha Cheung advises private equity-backed portfolio companies on management incentive plans, bolt-on acquisitions, internal reorganisations, exit preparations and general corporate advisory matters throughout investment life cycles. Her clients include portfolio companies based in the U.K., Europe and the U.S.

Prior to joining Skadden, Ms. Cheung spent several years practising at a major U.K. law firm, where she advised institutional investors and private equity-based portfolio companies on a variety of M&A transactions, equity arrangements, corporate reorganisations and general corporate advisory matters.
