Chris Dunne advises private equity institutions and their portfolio companies on a wide range of corporate matters, including domestic, cross-border and global mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, management incentive programs and other general corporate advisory matters throughout investment life cycles.

Mr. Dunne’s experience includes advising:

• Agroberries in connection with its acquisition of BerryWorld from Argent Capital and management
• B-Flexion and Kedge Capital in the $425 million sale of a portfolio of secondary interests to a prominent financial sponsor
• BMS Group in its acquisition of David Roberts & Partners
• Castik Capital:
  • in its acquisition of TBAuctions, a pan-European auctions platform
  • in TBAuctions’ acquisitions of:
    • Vavato
    • British Medical Auctions
    • PS Intressenter, Auksjonen and Bjarøy
    • Klaravik
    • Surplex
• Hg in its disposals of:
  • its stake in Argus Media Group to General Atlantic and Argus Chairman and CEO Adrian Binks
  • Intelerad Medical Systems to a GE HealthCare affliate at an enterprise value of $2.3 billion
• I Squared Capital in its:
  • acquisition of Enva, a recycling and resource recovery business based in the U.K. and Ireland, from Exponent Capital
  • establishment of its:
    • Cube Cold platform, which acquires cold storage and logistics assets
    • Cube Green Energy platform, which acquires operational onshore wind assets
    • nLighten platform, which acquires operational data centres
• Montagu Private Equity in the separation of its portfolio company DEAS into two business units and subsequent disposal of (i) the real estate services business of DEAS to PHM Denmark, a portfolio company of Norvestor, and (ii) the asset management services business of DEAS to Fokus Nordic AB, a portfolio company of BlackFin Capital Partners
• Refresco Group in British Columbia Investment Management Corporation and PAI Partners’ sale of a majority stake in Refresco to KKR & Co. Inc.
• Staysure Group in connection with an investment by ICG Europe in Staysure
