Ms. Fulford’s experience includes representing:

• Walkers Global in the carve-out and strategic investment, alongside Vitruvian Partners, into its Walkers Professional Services (WPS) business
• Castik Capital S.à.r.l. in its acquisition of a majority stake in Hasgrove Limited (t/a Interact Software)
• Hg in the sale of a significant portion of its stake in Trackunit A/S to Goldman Sachs Asset Management
• Hg and KKR in their recapitalization of The Citation Group, which involved a new investment by HarbourVest Partners
• The Forest Road Company in its acquisition of the ERT Formula E Team, which rebranded to Kiro Race Co
• Optio Group Limited, a portfolio company of Preservation Capital Partners Limited, in its acquisition of Circles Group S.A. Skadden also represented Optio Group in the equity and debt financing aspects of this transaction
• Radian Group Inc. in its $1.7 billion acquisition of Inigo Limited
