Angela Kim

Angela Kim focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and general corporate matters.

Ms. Kim regularly advises clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions in a wide range of industries, including technology and software, life sciences, retail, and media and entertainment. She also counsels venture capital investors and emerging companies in connection with investment transactions.

Ms. Kim was included in the 2023 and 2024 editions of Best Lawyers’ Ones To Watch in the Mergers and Acquisitions Law and Venture Capital Law categories.

Ms. Kim is fluent in Korean and previously worked as a U.S.-licensed attorney in Korea, where she advised on a wide range of corporate transactions and served as legal counsel for the largest entertainment and media conglomerate in the country.
