Angela Kim represents public and private clients across a range of corporate transactions. She particularly focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and emerging companies.

Ms. Kim was included in the 2023-24 editions of Best Lawyers’ Ones To Watch in the Mergers and Acquisitions Law and Venture Capital Law categories.
