Katie Leah has nearly two decades of experience advising on the tax aspects of private equity and real estate transactions.

Bio

Ms. Leah’s private equity work frequently involves advising on U.K., multijurisdictional and pan-European mergers and acquisitions, as well as on matters related to U.K. corporation taxes, value-added taxes, stamp taxes, management packages and share incentive schemes. In the real estate sector, she counsels clients on investment, financing, development and leasing matters, and has significant experience with the establishment of real estate funds, which involves extensive cross-border structuring.
