Ashleigh Morton advises financial sponsors and their portfolio companies on a wide range of transactions, including private acquisitions and disposals, co-investments, consortium deals, management incentive schemes, carve-outs, reorganisations and other general corporate and commercial matters.

Ms. Morton's experience includes advising:

• I Squared Capital on its acquisitions of:
  • Ramudden Global from Triton Partners
  • Arriva Group from Deutsche Bahn
  • Enva from Exponent
• Hg on the sale of a co-controlling stake in IRIS Software Group to Leonard Green & Partners at an enterprise value of $4 billion and the negotiation of consortium terms going forward
• Walkers, a leading international firm, on the carve-out and strategic investment, alongside Vitruvian Partners, into its Walkers Professional Services (WPS) business
• Castik Capital on its acquisition of WATR Group from Borromin Capital Management
• the shareholders of MiQ Digital Limited, including the founders of the company and ECI Partners, on the sale of a majority interest to funds advised by Bridgepoint Advisers Limited

Ms. Morton also spent nine months on secondment to Hellman & Friedman.
