  • HgCapital as lead investor in KKR & Co. L.P.’s US$1.8 billion sale of a stake in Visma Group Holdings;
  • HgCapital LLP in its proposed sale of Ullink SAS to Itiviti AB, a portfolio company of Nordic Capital; and
  • HgCapital portfolio company Sovos Compliance, LLC on its acquisition of Paperless.

  • Global Infrastructure Partners on the agreement to acquire a 35 percent stake in Terminal Investment Ltd from MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company;
