Bio

Paul Zschunke advises clients on complex domestic and international disputes before state courts and arbitral tribunals. Mr. Zschunke’s practice covers a wide range of representations, including post-M&A and corporate law disputes as well as follow-on damages claims litigations in antitrust and competition matters. In addition, he has experience in the fields of foreign investment protection and World Trade Organization rules and agreements from his work prior to joining Skadden. Mr. Zschunke completed law school in both civil and common law jurisdictions and holds a master’s degree in private international law. In recognition of his work, Mr. Zschunke has been selected for inclusion in the 2027 edition of Best Lawyers’ Ones To Watch in the practice areas of Arbitration and Mediation and Litigation.
