Skadden represented The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. in its offering of €600 million of 3.875% senior notes due 2021, which closed on June 7. The offering was undertaken to finance the cash portion of the consideration for NASDAQ OMX's acquisition of the eSpeed U.S. Treasury fully electronic trading platform from BGC Partners, Inc., a subsidiary of Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P. The senior notes will be listed on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S.
