For the third consecutive time, Skadden was named a member of the "Fearsome Foursome" — the four elite law firm litigation practices that "clients would least like to see on the other side of the table" — in a survey of 300 corporate counsel at the world’s largest companies published by BTI Consulting in September 2013. Skadden is one of only two firms to be named to this list in all three editions of the report.
The "Litigation Outlook 2014" survey also noted Skadden as one of three "powerhouses" in BTI’s Securities and Finance Litigation category and a "standout" firm in its Class Action/Tort and Product Liability categories.
