Skadden represented GE Aviation in relation to its settlement with the International Air Transport Association (IATA). GE Aviation is a subsidiary of General Electric and part of CFM International, a joint venture with Safran Aircraft Engines. As a result of the settlement, IATA withdrew a March 2016 complaint it made to the European Commission.
