Skadden advised Aker ASA on its participation in a $2 billion Series C funding round in Nscale Global Holdings Ltd., including a cash investment and the roll-up of Aker’s stake in the Aker Nscale joint venture.
The transaction increases Aker’s ownership in Nscale as the company scales its AI infrastructure platform globally. Completion of the Series C remains subject to customary closing conditions.
