Skadden is advising Globalstar, Inc. on its merger agreement with Amazon.com, Inc., under which Amazon will acquire Globalstar.
As part of the agreement, Amazon will acquire Globalstar’s existing satellite operations, infrastructure and assets, including mobile satellite services (MSS) spectrum licenses with global authorizations.
The Skadden team includes Howard Ellin, Michael Mies, Max Troper, David Rievman and Joseph Penko.
