Bowhead Specialty and American Family are targeting to close prior to the end of 2026. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including receipt of required regulatory approvals and approvals of Bowhead Specialty’s stockholders.
Bowhead Specialty is a specialty insurance business providing casualty, professional liability and health care liability insurance products. American Family is a property/casualty insurance company.
