Tax co-head Matthew Rosen was co-chair of "Tax Strategies for Corporate Acquisitions, Dispositions, Spin-Offs, Joint Ventures, Financings, Reorganizations & Restructurings," a PLI seminar that was held November 4-6 in Chicago and December 3-5 in Los Angeles. Speakers included, in Chicago, Louis Freeman, as well as Jody Brewster, Erica Schohn, Eric Sensenbrenner, Dean Shulman and Kirk Wallace; and in Los Angeles, Mr. Freeman and Ms. Brewster were joined by Diane Ryan and Joseph Yaffe. The seminar also was held in New York on October 15-17. Speakers included Stuart Finkelstein, Mr. Freeman, Armando Gomez, Regina Olshan, Paul Oosterhuis and David Rievman.
