On September 20, partner Sharmistha Chakrabarti participated in a SIAC India Academy – Delhi NCR event on “The Making of an Arbitrator.” The program provided practical instruction to prospective arbitrators, including insights on how to review a draft award and how experienced arbitrators handle unusual arbitration scenarios.
