On November 14, counsel Sui-Hang Hui participated in the panel “Overview of the 2024 IBA Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration” at the Navigating Conflicts program in Makati City, Philippines. The program was presented by the IBA Asia Pacific Arbitration Group in collaboration with the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center and focused on best practices for managing conflicts, reducing challenges to arbitrators and maintaining the integrity of arbitration proceedings.
