On May 14, London tax partner Jisun Choi participated in the Pacific Rim Tax Conference 2026 in San Francisco, hosted by the Pacific Tax Policy Institute. Ms. Choi spoke on the panel “Tax Reorganization Planning in a Pillar 2 World: Stock vs. Asset Transaction; IP Planning,” where she discussed global tax planning strategies. Chicago office head and tax partner Nathaniel Carden and Washington, D.C. tax partner Eric Sensenbrenner were also in attendance.
