On September 9, Skadden’s Frankfurt office hosted the Fortify Frankfurt Cyber and Privacy Summit, an event dedicated to cybersecurity, privacy and regulatory defense. The program featured the keynote address “Cybersecurity in Transition — Successfully Mastering AI, Regulation and Growing Demands,” as well as a live tabletop incident simulation hosted in partnership with Mandiant. Skadden speakers included Frankfurt white collar defense and investigations partner Michael Albrecht vom Kolke, international litigation and arbitration partner Max Stein and national security counsel Susanne Werry.
