On September 9, Skadden hosted the panel “Focus on the Client: In-House Counsel’s Role and Expectations From the Arbitral Process” as part of India ADR Week 2026 in Mumbai. Singapore international litigation and arbitration partner Sharmistha Chakrabarti moderated the panel, and Asia international litigation and arbitration head Friven Yeoh participated as a panelist alongside general counsel from several companies. The panel explored what clients expect from the arbitration process and how practitioners can better meet those expectations.
