How Delaware Refreshed Its LLC Act and General Corp. Law

In July 2018, Delaware Gov. John Carney signed into law amendments to the Delaware LLC Act and General Corporation Law. The amendments address such areas as the division of LLCs, formation of "registered series," and blockchain maintenance of records and electronic transmissions.
