Eva Labbé’s practice primarily focuses on cross-border and domestic M&A, public takeovers, private equity, as well as corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Ms. Labbé’s experience includes advising:

• Xavier Niel, Iliad Group and NJJ Holding in connection with (i) a $4.4 billion tender offer for Millicom International Cellular S.A. and (ii) the acquisition of a minority stake in Swedish telecom operator Tele2 from Kinnevik AB, its historic anchor shareholder
• L’Occitane Groupe and Reinold Geiger, the majority shareholder of L’Occitane International, on a take-private bid for L’Occitane International valuing the company at €6 billion
• NXP Semiconductors N.V. on its pending sale of its MEMS sensors business to STMicroelectronics for up to $950 million
• FTV Capital on its growth equity investment in N2F

Ms. Labbé’s experience prior to joining Skadden includes advising:

• BC Partners on its acquisition of a majority stake in Havea, a French leader in natural health care serving the European market
• Bridgepoint on its acquisition of Spartfin Group, specialists in debt consolidation, insurance and mortgage brokerage
• TA Associates on its investment in Solabia Group, a global biotechnology ingredient solutions provider
