DowDuPont Spins Off Corteva and Relaunches as the New DuPont

Skadden represented DowDuPont Inc. in the spin-off of its Agricultural Division (now Corteva, Inc.) and relaunch of DowDuPont as the new DuPont, marking the completion of DowDuPont’s separation into three independent publicly traded companies: DuPont de Nemours, Inc. (formerly known as DowDuPont Inc.) (NYSE: DD), Dow Inc. (NYSE: DOW) and Corteva, Inc. (NYSE: CTVA).
