Skadden is representing Hg Saturn 2 in a further investment in Visma at an enterprise value of $12.2 billion, making it the largest-ever software buyout globally.
The firm is also advising Hg7 in its sale of Sovos to Hg Saturn 2 funds and TA Associates at an enterprise value of approximately $2.75 billion. Additionally, Skadden is counseling Hg Saturn 2 in its co-investment arrangements with TA Associates and others.
