Antonio Cammalleri advises clients on all aspects of EU, U.K., Italian and international competition law, including merger control procedures, cartels and abuse of dominant position matters. He has been involved in several high-profile and in-depth merger control transactions requiring international antitrust merger control approvals around the world.

• Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure Ltd. in its acquisition by funds advised by Energy Capital Partners, LLC and co-investors at an equity value of US$2.6 billion
• Capgemini SE in its acquisition of Syniti from Bridge Growth Partners, LLC
• Castik Capital S.à.r.l.:
  • and ABRY Partners, LLC in their joint acquisitions of Reward Gateway and Xexec
  • and its portfolio company TBAuctions in the acquisition of Surplex GmbH
