Skadden was named Tax Litigation Firm of the Year at the Benchmark Litigation Europe Awards 2026. Additionally, the firm won Arbitration Impact Case of the Year and Restructuring and Insolvency Impact Case of the Year.
In the Litigators of the Year categories, Kate Jackson-McGill KC, Skadden’s head of Europe international litigation and arbitration, was named Western Europe Woman Litigator of the Year. In addition, Ingrid Vandenborre, head of Europe antitrust/competition, was awarded Competition Litigator of the Year. Retired partner Frederic Depoortere was recognized with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
