The team that guided Broadcom Corporation through its $37 billion acquisition by Avago Technologies (the largest-ever semiconductor deal) was awarded a California Lawyer Attorneys of the Year (CLAY) Award by the Daily Journal. The CLAY Awards annually recognize California attorneys whose work has had a significant impact on the law, an industry or the legal profession.
