Corporate and M&A
Skadden advises health care and life sciences clients worldwide on the full spectrum of corporate matters. - Litigation and Enforcement
Our litigation attorneys — many of whom have held senior positions in government — represent health care and life sciences companies in the full range of offensive and defensive litigation matters facing clients in the industry. Medicare and Medicaid Regulatory
